Room Hire

Illingworth Liberal Club, has a concert room seating over 200 people with a double bar well stocked with Tetley, Carlsberg, Guinness and bottled beers, also a wide variety of soft drinks and spirits. A modern stage with lighting and dressing rooms for functions, weddings and partys. etc

We will provide the room FREE of Charge for Funerals and Christenings  but please phone 01422 363086 to arrange this with our Steward & Stewardess, or contact the Secretary.

 Services

 At Illingworth Liberal Club, we have a large modern Concert room, shown above seating up to 200 people, with a well stocked double bar . This is available to hire out for Party’s, Weddings, Birthdays, Functions, Karaoke, etc.. and has a stage with lighting for Discos and entertainment, which is usually available for hire most Friday nights throughout the year. You can rest assured that if you have a party a great night out will be had.            Please contact our Steward on 01422 363086 for more details.

Party’s,  Conditions of Hire

The cost of the room per night is only £25.00 All party’s or functions require a deposit, for example 18th and 21st birthdays require a £100 deposit, and at the end of the night, if everything is ok then a refund of £75.00 is issued. However the following terms and conditions must be followed, and a contract signed by the person booking the room. 

1, All invited guests must confine themselves to the concert room only.

2, Any damage to the club premises or breakage’s must be paid for.

3, If a Disco or Karaoke is used then all music must cease 30 mins after last orders.

4, No Underage drinking, ID must be shown for teenagers.

5, No disturbance causing conflict, either inside or outside the club. CCTV in operation.

6, We shall refund £75.00 of the £100 deposit if things are ok, Cost of room is £25.00.

7, A declaration must be signed for agreement of these conditions.

8, Seven days notice is usually required   

9, Terms and conditions may change without prior notice.
